We're looking for a continental shift millwright to be responsible for the P.M.'s, upkeep, and repair of the food manufacturing and high-speed packaging equipment. This role involves being a part a skilled team of maintenance technicians supporting the manufacturing and operational equipment.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Conduct reactive, predictive, and preventative maintenance on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdowns to minimize downtime
Perform equipment installations and modifications, including part repairs. Having an understanding of machine and system schematics to effectively P.M., troubleshoot, and do root-cause repairs on high-speed machinery and equipment (with a focus on pumps, valves, gearboxes, pneumatics / hydraulics, conveyors, automated machinery, and packaging machinery).
Work efficiently in a processing environment while ensuring food safety standards and adhere to company policies and foster a safety-first culture
Take on additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or designated leadership
Qualifications
What you bring:
Red Seal Millwright ticket, with maintenance experience (manufacturing or fabrication) mandatory
Experience in Hydraulics and pneumatics, basic electrical, fabrication, welding (stainless), and machining experience nice to have.
Ability to be reliable, honest, and show strong work ethic
Knowledge or ability to quickly learn CMMS (M2, SAP) programs is a nice to have.
