Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing tasks to benefit the relationships with our clients and carriers
- Responsible for onboarding new clients into software
- Respond to customers inquiries regarding pick-ups, deliveries, general shipment information
- Answer to quotes and rates requests, review with Logistics team
- Stay on-top of delivery statuses, track and trace, proactively communicate update with customers
- Preparation and regular updating of customer specific reports via email or websites
- Work in collaboration with Logistics and Sales team to provide high level of satisfaction for customers
- Assist with special projects
- Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolutions
- Be the primary "go-to" person to support Operations team, support the team with daily activities, guide and leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 year in logistics ground operations
- Strong knowledge of LTL and FTL
- Preferably has previous leadership experience
- Detail oriented and possess excellent organization skills with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills
- Bilingualism is a must
