This role is for the search for a perfect fit for Licensing Coordinator with strong capabilities of working with Microsoft Excel and Spreadsheets. The Sales team is looking for someone with passion for data with a detail oriented personality. This person will be successful in the role, if they have abilities to perform data entry tasks in a multi tasking fast paced environment and self driven attitude.

Responsibilities
As a Licensing Coordinator, your responsibilities are but not limited to
- Analyze the products in tech pack and submit through the portal for licensing approvals
- Partner with Licensing Specialist to submit artwork with correct UPI codes
- Update the tracker/log spreadsheet with updates, review requests, resubmit requests and approvals
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss growth plan and progress reports
- Communicate with internal licensing team and stakeholders for any concerns
- Work with multiple portals and spreadsheets for submissions on licensing requests
Qualifications
As a Licensing Coordinator, you must have;
- A high school diploma or 1-3 years of experience working in data entry specialization field
- Ability to work with volume requests for submissions
- High level of detail orientation with various orders
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge and practice on Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask in a time sensitive fast paced environment
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple complex projects/tasks with sensitive deadlines
- Good communication skills and self driven attitude
