Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Assessment of Existing Materials: Conduct a thorough review of the current learning program, including interactive PDFs, user guides, video tutorials, and self-assessment questionnaires, to identify outdated or redundant content.
- Content Update and Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to update existing materials or create new ones as needed. Develop interactive learning guides, short user guides, and video tutorials focusing on critical tasks within Anaplan.
- Curriculum Development: Design a comprehensive curriculum for instructor-led training sessions, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business needs. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional merchants, planners, product management and system training team, to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure the learning program meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Meeting coordination: Coordinate, deliver and run point on working sessions and feedback loops with stakeholders.
- SharePoint update: Update and redesign the learning hub in SharePoint, ensuring that all resources are organized, accessible, and user-friendly.
- Feedback application: Collect user and stakeholder feedback and iterate and improve the program based on insights gathered.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a Learning Designer, Training Specialist or Content Developer
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation, preferably in a corporate or enterprise setting.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and Adobe suite of products for video development and content creation.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software systems, e.g. Anaplan or other planning tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement learning solutions. - Ability to break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities, work in a high-pressure environment and deliver high quality product under tight timelines
