Familiarity with Agile methodologies, PowerBI, Planview Modules, and Azure DevOps is a plus, with French language skills being a valuable asset. Primary Responsibilities
•Partners with Information Technology Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to coordinate strategic portfolio planning
•Partners with Information Technology Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to develop criteria for evaluation portfolio and proposals
•Establish reporting mechanisms (including Dashboards)
•Performs day to day portfolio activities
•Monitors progress, budgets, and schedules of initiatives and projects
•Establishes communication plan and calendar
Specific Project/Platform Requirements
•Supports the Portfolio Strategy and Planning Lead to mature establish and mature strategic portfolio planning framework
•Supports to establish guiding principles and procedures for the portfolio
Qualifications
Top Skills Required:
•Knowledge of portfolio management methodologies
•Ability to manage portfolio activities to meet goals
•Preferred project management professional (PMP) or portfolio management professional (PfMP) certification
•Entry Level Project/Portfolio Manager: Less than 3 years of experience
Other Skills Required:
•Agile Methodology
Assets:
•PowerBI and other reporting skills
•Planview Modules, Azure DevOps (ADO)
•Bilingual; French & English
