Responsibilities
-Managing payments: You’ll handle requests for payments on construction projects, making sure all invoices, contracts, and documents are correct. (Accounts Payable Cycle)
-Coordinating fund requests: You’ll prepare and send requests for funds to partners and investors, track payments, and make sure everything matches up.
-Financial oversight: You’ll help with Months end and work with budgets, assist with tax filings, and contribute to improving financial processes.
-Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the project development team and other departments to ensure spending is in line with the company's policies.
Qualifications
Degree in accounting or a related field (college or university level)
Experience in the Construction field
At least 5 years of accounting experience
Experience in real estate accounting is a plus
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Good communication skills and time management
