Responsibilities
We want to create efficient, effective ways of delivering employee experience solutions while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. That is where you come in. The Journey Delivery Manager orchestrates the delivery of employee journey initiatives while ensuring business requirements are met and changes are smoothly adopted. You will collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and business partners to make our design implementation process seamless and successful.
What you would work on:
Journey Leadership & Delivery
- Orchestrate one or multiple employee journey initiatives using lightweight agile practices
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Drive integrated planning across design, technology, and business workstreams
- Establish governance and ways of working that protect design team effectiveness
- Monitor program health and proactively address risks and dependencies
- Support prioritization and resource planning aligned with business objectives
- Create frameworks for measuring program success and adoption
Business Partnership & Change Management
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Develop comprehensive change and implementation strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Create and manage communication plans for new journey rollouts
- Drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in for journey solutions
- Support training and enablement activities
- Track adoption metrics and program outcomes
Design Team Enablement
- Remove obstacles and streamline processes to maintain team momentum
- Facilitate effective collaboration between designers and business partners
- Support design critique and review processes
- Help break down complex journey work into manageable deliverables
- Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
- Bridge communication between design teams and business stakeholders
Qualifications
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with design teams and design processes
- Track record of delivering complex programs in large organizations
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Understanding of employee experience and HR processes
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with lightweight agile practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
