- Understand client needs and translate functional requirements
- Support clients throughout the process
- Participate in the implementation of projects in the client environment
- Provide process documentation, integration testing, and training
- Adhere to industry best practices
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems
Qualifications
To excel in this position, you will need the following skills:
- A degree in computer science or other relevant studies or experience in a similar field
- Experience with JavaScript
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- Proficiency in SAAS concepts
- Bilingual
