Responsibilities
• Develop and configure supplier qualification criteria, questionnaires, and approval workflows.
• Streamline supplier onboarding, manage profiles and qualifications, and track risk and compliance.
• Integrate SQM with other Oracle Cloud modules for seamless data flow and comprehensive supplier management.
• Manage data migration from existing systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the SQM module.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Supplier Qualification Management (SQM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of supplier qualification processes, including onboarding, assessments, and compliance tracking.
• Experience with data migration and integration with other Oracle Cloud modules.
• Proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud certification in Supplier Qualification Management (SQM).
• Experience with Oracle REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess business processes, identify gaps, and develop effective solutions.

• Project Management: Experience in managing implementation projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
