Responsibilities
• Set up Oracle Cloud Sourcing for managing RFQs, auctions, and competitive bidding processes.
• Implement Oracle Procurement Contracts for contract creation, management, and compliance tracking.
• Develop and implement approval workflows for sourcing events and contracts.
• Manage data migration from existing systems to Oracle Cloud.
• Integrate Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts with Oracle Financials, Inventory, and third-party systems.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and alerts for real-time monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of the sourcing and contracts modules.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and administrators.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Sourcing and Contracts solutions.
• Strong understanding of sourcing processes, including RFQs, auctions, and competitive bidding.
• Experience with contract creation, management, and compliance tracking.
• Proficiency in developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle BI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Oracle Cloud certification in Sourcing or Contracts.
• Experience with Oracle REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
• Ariba knowledge
