Responsibilities
Main tasks:
•Provide support to first and second level users for problems related to the company's internal applications
•Analysis and exploitation of the database
•Perform network support
•Support your immediate superior in his daily activities and special projects
•Ensure management of the technical room of the Lens Production Laboratory
Qualifications
Qualifications required:
•Holds an AEC in IT support or relevant experience
•Has 2 years of experience in a similar position
•Mastery of Excel and SQL database tools
•Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP
•Has experience in retail – an asset
•Is structured and able to manage several projects at once
•Bilingual
