We are working with a leading manufacturer within the building material sector and this growing company is looking for an eager individual to join their team as an Invoicing clerk. This role will report directly to the Controller and will be supporting and interacting with the Site coordinators as well as Builders. The ideal candidate will have experience with pricing and invoicing of customer orders, will have the ability to promptly and courteously follow up with customers and other departments regarding discrepancies and have a professional demeanor. They are looking for someone who is detail oriented, task driven, and has the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
- Pricing sales orders as per contract pricing
- Invoicing and emailing, or mailing out to customers on a daily basis
- Following up with customers on extras to contract items
-Tracking discrepancies and following up with customers to resolve
- Working with other staff to obtain completions and POs from customer sites
- Data entry and review of various reports
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3-years’ experience in and invoicing position
- Willingness to cross train is essential
- Experience using Visual and SharePoint an asset
- Must be organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a self-starter and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and accounting software
- Excellent time management
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or within a construction industry is preferred
