• Support a complex learning initiative to deliver timely, consistent, and impactful solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Simplify and synthesize complex information into clear, concise content while adhering to plain language principles.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content-specific knowledge.
• Design and develop engaging, interactive, blended learning solutions that achieve learning and performance objectives.
• Ensure learning solutions align with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, diversity and inclusion principles, and established frameworks.
• Manage scope, risks, stakeholder engagement, and problem resolution while adhering to success criteria.
• Apply best practices and emerging trends in instructional design, program evaluation, and performance consulting.
• Provide thought leadership in design and development, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and organizational control.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing learning solutions within an Agile framework.
• Advanced proficiency in creating high-quality, fully accessible deliverables across multiple modalities (e.g., Storyline and Rise courses, instructor-led training, self-paced learning).
• Experience delivering learning solutions for complex, fast-paced financial industry projects.
• Advanced skills with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and eLearning simulations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating video-based learning content using tools like Adobe Suite, Camtasia, or Vyond.
• Familiarity with developing learning materials for the nCino system.
• Working knowledge of writing and managing tasks in JIRA.
