Permanent Position
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (with overtime offered)
Wage: $36-$46 per hour (depending on experience and tickets)

Responsibilities
As an Industrial Mechanic / Hydraulic Technician, normal responsibilities would include:
- Know the ins and outs of hydraulic systems like the back of your hand
- Assemble, dismantle, and rebuild hydraulic components
- Collaborate with your team members to complete repair projects and meet deadlines
- Good time management skills, we want someone who is able to balance priority
- Estimate repair times and can troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- A knack for continuous improvement - we want your ideas for making things better!
- Ability to pick up new tasks and problem solve on the spot
Qualifications
What do you need for this position?
- 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic repairs (Tickets are not a requirement with good hydraulic experience)
- Heavy Duty Mechanics, Millwrights, General Mechanics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Passion for repairs, welding and is an eager learner
- Previous knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
- Ability to work with team or on your own with little to no supervision
- Located in or around the Delta, BC area
