Responsibilities
- HR Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Recruitment Coordination: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in candidate communications.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare documentation, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, process payroll, update HRIS, and assist with HR documentation.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
- Policy Administration: Help implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Assist with conflict resolution, address employee inquiries, and support managers in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and assist with HR reporting needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator, Generalist or Assistant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- HR Software Knowledge: Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of HR Practices: Understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion.
