We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to manage all HR-related activities across Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. This position involves overseeing HR operations for 30 non-unionized locations (around 350 associates) and handling full-cycle recruitment for the province of Quebec.

Responsibilities
- Advise and support leaders and employees on HR-related issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Support manager and employee development by identifying and clarifying issues, providing feedback, and recommending solutions to improve performance.
- Conduct workplace investigations, assist with terminations, and provide coaching on labor relations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Quebec, ensuring culture and core value alignment.
- Develop and implement HR policies, administer programs, and support HR life cycle changes.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws.
- Communicate with field and operations management to support business initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English & French) required to communicate with your colleagues in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
- 4-7 years of progressive HR experience (generalist preferred), with strong employee relations expertise.
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field; CHRP designation or in progress.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR with business strategy.
- Effective consulting, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a remote setting.
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS is an asset.
