Position: HR Analyst
Shift: Monday-Friday, Core Business Hours. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Location: Toronto, with 2-3 days per week in the office.
Advantages

Responsibilities
• Support system readiness through business acceptance testing and validation of configuration.
• Support year-end compensation delivery, including data uploads, analysis, system testing, process review, and documentation.
• Develop and execute compensation programs, tools, and activities.
• Provide expertise and guidance on compensation programs and reporting.
• Identify and address issues, trends, and gaps; conduct investigations.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners globally.
• Conduct data analysis to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
• Stay informed about changing legal/regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Contribute as a team member and ensure timely communication.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Program Specialist.
• Proven experience in testing and working with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus).
• Experience working with HR Partners and Program Delivery managers.
• Strong stakeholder management skills (internal & external).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in HR analytics.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.
