Forklift Operator – REACH - COUNTERBALANCE - ORDER PICKER

An established automotive maintenance company is seeking a skilled and well-rounded Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team in Mississauga. This is a temp-to-perm role with ongoing work for a reliable, detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
-Operate Counterbalance forklifts (propane/electric), Reach trucks, and Order Pickers.
-Perform high-racking tasks, including handling heavy materials such as axles.
-Utilize RF scanners for accurate order picking and hand-picking smaller orders.
-Assist with manufacturing tasks like pick and pack, shipping, and palletizing orders.
-Work is split into 80% forklift operations and 20% general labor (GL).

Qualifications
-External forklift certifications for Reach, Counterbalance, and Order Picker forklifts.
-Experience with high-racking and handling automotive parts is an asset.
-Comfortable using RF scanners for order picking.
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
