Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, your primary duties will include:
Financial Operations:
Managing accounts receivable and reconciling payments.
Preparing and processing customer invoices and following up on outstanding payments.
Financial Reporting:
Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Preparing detailed sales reports and account statements.
Analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Supporting the revenue team with sales data tracking and order processing.
Collaborating with finance and operations teams to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.
Compliance and Administrative Support:
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Providing general administrative support to the finance and operational teams.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
Experience:
2–3 years in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing or a related industry.
Proven expertise in accounts receivable and payment reconciliation.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
Soft Skills:
Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
