Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst – Business Partner, you will play a key role in providing financial support to the company's operations and work closely with the various departments to provide in-depth analysis and strategic advice.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Review and analyze the company's financial performance, identify financial trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with different operational teams to understand their financial needs, provide analytical support, and assist in budgeting, planning, and resource allocation decision-making.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess the potential impacts of business decisions on the company's profitability.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis to influence business decisions and maximize value to the business.
• Participates in the development of annual budgets, monitors variances between actual performance and forecasts, and adjusts forecasts as needed.
- Present complex financial analysis in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Participate in all process improvement initiatives
- Perform ad hoc analyses
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Demonstrated professional experience as a financial analyst.
- Strong skills in financial modeling and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
