Responsibilities
We are looking for an executive assistant whose key responsibilities include:
- Assists management team in the management, coordination, planning and monitoring of various tasks and responsibilities.
- Plans, organizes and administers agendas as well as travel logistics.
- Ensures monitoring, responds upstream and monitors electronic communications.
- Manages paper and electronic documentation, establishes and maintains an efficient and up-to-date filing system.
- Ensures the conformity and quality of the documents produced. -
- Performs layout, correction and revision of presentations, documents and other visual media (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe).
- Ensures preparation and participates in various committees, assemblies as well as any other meeting for which his participation is required. Prepares agendas, writes reports and carries out required follow-ups.
- Organizes corporate activities and events.
- Participates in the process of ensuring the proper functioning of the office by assisting management.
- Participates in special projects.
Qualifications
Have appropriate training for the position OR relevant work experience;
Have an excellent command of French and English, both oral and written;
Have a good command of the Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
Have skills developed for teamwork;
Have an ability to work with tight and last minute deadlines.
Have attention to detail, and be organized
