Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant with experience with Project Management and Profit and Loss Statements to report to their Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. You will ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, detail oriented, a quick learner, adaptive, professional, and has a passion for creating a seamless experience for their team; a real go-getter!

Responsibilities
- Project management, project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Track project progress and report on milestones
- Profit and Loss reporting, collect and verify reports and documentation to ensure executives have all required information to inform decision making
- Maintain deadlines of all action items, ensuring all tasks are completed
- Act as a liaison between CFO and Chief; managing all communication
- Facilitate document approvals, manage signatures, track completion to ensure timely execution of agreements
- Manage and improve e-filing systems and ensure quick access to documents
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and engagements, align schedules to protect Executives work-life balance
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, complete follow-ups after meetings to ensure deliverables are received in a timely manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for CFO and COO
- Proactively prepare reports, presentations, and memos with impactful communication
- Organize team-building events to drive engagement and foster collaboration
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 5-10 years of experience supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced environment
- Profit and Loss Statement experience
- Project management expertise
- Organizational skills, multitasking, ability to work with tight deadlines
- Proactive and strategic mindset: ability to solve problems before they arise
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Suite
- People focused and communicative
- Attention to detail
Nice-to-Have:
- French/English Bilingual
- JDE
- ADP
