Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support for the Talent Attraction Team (50%): (on-site presence required approximately one day per week)
Actively participate in events promoting our partner as an employer of choice, serving as a brand ambassador. Events may take place across Canada and occasionally in the United States, including the possibility of evening and weekend travel.
Manage promotional material inventory.
Coordinate and prepare recruitment events, and be present to ensure their smooth execution.
Continuously and proactively research relevant recruitment events targeting hourly positions, as well as monitor plant closures in Canada and the United States.
Contribute to identifying strategic partnerships (specialized trade schools, local initiatives, organizations) to strengthen recruitment efforts and provide market intelligence.
Support for the Recruitment Team (50%):
Work closely with the recruitment team to coordinate sourcing and pre-screening efforts.
Perform recruitment-related tasks such as sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, and following up with candidates and clients.
Meet key performance indicators set by the manager.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Great communication, customer service, and event coordination skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
