Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage all project activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
• Monitor work progress, update schedules, and utilize tracking tools to maintain project momentum.
• Organize, maintain, and publish project documents on SharePoint for easy accessibility and transparency.
• Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks.
• Provide creative and effective solutions to complex technical issues, ensuring project success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
• 6 months - 3 years of prior experience as a Business Analyst or similar function
• Contract analysis and management, responsible for execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of contracting function;
• Uses knowledge of tariff requirements for transportation services to ensure contract adjustments meet our terms of service;
• Help facilitate the ongoing exchange of information and continuous improvement across departments;
• Provides analysis and integrated solutions to eliminate reoccurring data issues;
• Assists in developing and maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation and provides knowledge transfer for business processes and workflows within functional area;
• Adheres to compliance with work standards, policies and procedures;
• Participates in projects, that involves enhancements to contracting systems including design requirements and user acceptance testing;
• Provides exceptional customer service; while providing solutions that support the needs of the client
