If so, this role may be for you! The employee trials analyst will partner with the product team and key stakeholders on the Residential capital projects related to new Entertainment product launches. The primary focus of this position is to leverage product requirements to build employee trial plans for the launch of new products and services, recruit and onboard employees into new product/services trials, perform surveys, focus groups, and data analysis related to the trialed products and services to assess their launch readiness. Preferred candidate will be in Toronto or Calgary.

Responsibilities
Work on new product and service launches pertaining to TV, Streaming, and Content
Developing employee trial plans using journey and business requirements documents
Drive the organization’s operational readiness for new product launches by leveraging employee trials in validating the journey across Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay, Serve and Troubleshoot
Recruit and onboard employees into employee trials
Support the employee trial base of a given upcoming new product or services throughout onboarding and the trial
Work with IT, Digital and Technology teams to escalate identify experience issues or customer/frontline frictions, track defects and resolutions
Leverage the employee trialists in validating the new products, services and features are performing to the product specifications and in accordance with business requirements feeding into new product launch Go/No Go decisions
Qualifications
Product management, Operational Process/Improvement experience
Ability to work with leaders and team members in a high paced environment managing diverse activities
Strong verbal and written communication skill, with extensive deck preparation expertise
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to present to large audience and cross functional teams
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving / troubleshooting skills
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment and consistently provide results
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge in Tech Support, Customer Care or Field Operations processes considered an asset
Demonstrated passion in improving the customer experience
Nice to have:
- have knowledge of billing systems, residential products and services
