Advantages

Hours will fluctuate, sometimes start 5am to 8am range, ending time no later than 7pm

Responsibilities
- Working in collaboration with the dispatch team on a daily to ensure efficiency of deliveries
- Planning drivers routes, create daily trips, attach orders for each driver in the system
- Monitoring day to day emails
- Updating clients on delivery status, return status
- Timely and efficient dispatch to ensure that a high service is maintained
- Communicate with drivers at defined intervals to manage service expectations and identify problems
- Resolve and respond accordingly to calls from customers as well as the customer service group
- Monitor assets to ensure that equipment is utilized
- Work with operations team in respectful manner
Qualifications
Minimum 1-year work experience in related field in transportation / dispatch
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of dispatch software.
Customer Service oriented and personable.
Organized and reliable.
Professional attitude with exceptional time management skills.
