As an Administrative Data Entry Coordinator, you will contribute to the digital transformation so that this company moves to a new area: paperless.
This role involves intensive data entry and close collaboration with our IT department to ensure the successful implementation of digital processes.
Main responsibilities:
Prepare the daily indexing of the billing team's invoices (high volume of scanning and reading).
Optimize the paperless process using Microsoft Office tools.
Create and automate regularly requested reports.
Collaborate with internal project managers and suppliers to ensure the progress of the digital transformation project.

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule: 35 hours per week (Flexible start between 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.) Monday to Friday
3 weeks vacation
