We are seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk for our Logistics Department. This position will be on a six-month contract, reporting to the Head of Logistics, with a starting date of early January 2025

Responsibilities
• Perform data entry for import and export documentation.
• Ensure shipment paperwork complies with CBSA4/CARM5 policies.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications
• A minimum of one year of experience in a logistics or transportation position; logistics experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Well-organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a customs broker office is an asset.
• Knowledge of HS6 codes is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a hybrid position (three days in the office and two days from home).
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
