Responsibilities
- Clear customs shipments by ocean, air and road
- Prepare documents for customs clearances
- Prepare additional paperwork required for clients in accordance to laws and regulations for Canadian customs
- Request missing documentations needed
- Handle High Value Shipments (HVS) and assists with Low Value Shipments (LVS)
- Working in collaboration with freight forwarders and clients
- Track and trace shipments
- Provide clients updates on status, ETA and customs
- Provide top-notch customer experience for all clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Customs, preferable with rating experience
- CCS certification is mandatory
- French and English oral and written is required
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Strong customer service orientated
- Enjoys working with a team
