Responsibilities
- Managing the Customs brokerage team
- Ensuring company goals and targets are being met
- Managing and participating in the development of customs processes, service platforms and productivity output
- Addressing client queries, maintaining positive relationships with them as well as government authorities
Qualifications
- Experience in customs brokerage industry with leadership experience, 5-8 years preferred
- College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred
- CCS, CTCS, LCB designations are preferred
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of customs procedures, tariffs, regulatory requirements, profit & loss management, accounting, and CSA
- Experience in Cargo Wise One system or related brokerage systems is considered an asset
- Bilingualism
