Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be at the heart of the action, providing direct support to potential clients via phone, chat, and online. You will play a key role in the sales process by gathering information and prequalifying leads to optimize their follow-up.
Competitive salary: ($52,000 to $57,000 depending on experience).
Job location: On-site, Saint-Laurent.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and qualify customer inquiries before directing them to the appropriate service or sales representative.
- Log, track, and communicate customer interactions effectively.
- Follow up with leads and document the results of sales activities.
- Provide detailed information via phone, email, chat, or mail.
- Participate in internal training activities to deepen product and service knowledge.
- Make outbound calls and handle incoming sales-related calls.
- Perform any other tasks as needed by the company.
Qualifications
- Full proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role. Experience in material handling equipment is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in time management and building professional relationships.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Initiative, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
