Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to calls, chats and tickets according to customer parameters
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively inform customers
Practice active listening, clarify information and defuse conflict situations when necessary
Accurately document customer requests and solutions
Provide exceptional and professional customer service
Maintain established performance levels in a KPI-driven environment
Resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
Actively collaborate with team to foster a positive work environment
Quickly identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written)
Previous customer service or call center experience in the insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and optimize time
Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry
