Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative's duties include:
- Identify different levels of defects by being on the lookout for recurring problems and referring them to the quality team and the legal department.
- Communicate social media issues with the digital team.
- Contact the legal department for any insurance claims.
- Produce ad hoc reports on all consumer relations activities for the various departments.
- Communicate with consumers about products, deliveries, digital issues, adverse events and changes to policies and regulations.
- Formulate original, non-standard and accurate written responses to consumers.
- Process or send follow-up letters or surveys to consumers to reinforce our high quality standards.
- Keep in mind all existing products and legislation in order to respond effectively to consumer and customer requests.
Qualifications
The Customer Service Representative must :
- Experience in customer service
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Strong computer skills (MS Office - Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to prioritize and be highly organized.
- A strong willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
