A customer service position is a role within an organization that focuses on providing assistance and support to customers. Responsibilities
Communicating with internal stakeholders
Identify various of level of defects by being on the lookout for recurring issues and submitting them to quality team & legal department
Communicating to digital team concerning issues related to govype.ca and social media
Reporting to brand team regarding plain pack feedbacks from consumers
Addressing legal department for any insurance claims which helps in providing settlement to consumers
Produce ad hoc reports of all activities related to consumer relations to various departments (Global, Brands, and Digital Marketing)
Providing outstanding Customer Service
Communicating with consumers concerning products, delivery, digital issues, adverse events and changes in policies and regulations
Formulate original, non-standard and precise written responses to consumers
Process or issue follow-up letters or surveys to consumers in order to reinforce our high standards of quality;
Keep in mind all existing products and laws in order to respond effectively to consumer and customer inquiries;
Providing exceptional customer service by providing gift cards, alternative products & replacement product
Qualifications
-Experience in Customer Service Role
-Strong computer skills (MS Office- Excel skills)
-Persistence and agility for your end goals
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-A passion for nurturing strong client relationships
-The ability to prioritize, and be highly organized
-A strong desire to work in a fast pace environment with limited supervision
-Bilingual (French and English)
-Full-time availability of 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday, business hours, some flexibility may be needed)
