Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative position include:
- Take and follow up on orders by e-mail, telephone and internal system
- Resolve order issues over the phone with suppliers and customers directly
- Taking and managing minor customer complaints, sharing the complaint with the right department for better customer service
- Answering basic customer questions
- Since this is a small team, you'll have the chance to help other departments at quieter times.
Qualifications
To apply for this Customer Service Representative position, you must :
- Be fluently bilingual, with many customers and headquarters in the U.S.
- Have between 3 and 5 years' experience in customer service, B2B AND B2C
- Be computer literate, able to learn quickly
- Knowledge of an order-taking system (SAP / EDI / ERP)
- Multitasking, collaborative spirit, tact and empathy are essential for success in this role
