Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the customer service representative role are:
- Provide impeccable customer service in response to all incoming requests via phone and email.
- Manage service requests through the Direct Maintenance system in collaboration with the operations team.
- Ensure compliance with lease obligations, manage contracts (parking, pylons, storage), and assist the assistant manager with temporary rental files.
- Enter and follow up on invoices.
- Market and upsell products and services based on client needs.
- Provide responsive customer service, maintain positive relationships with tenants and partners, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
Qualifications
What you need to succeed in this role:
- A dynamic personality and impeccable customer service
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent command of French and English
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software
