Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the welcoming voice supporting our customers and dealers. Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries about finance and leasing files.
Delivering accurate and timely responses through phone and email, going above and beyond to meet expectations.
Resolving client requests efficiently to ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
Fluency in both French and English is essential!
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, particularly handling inbound calls.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to excel in a fast-paced setting with limited supervision.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including effective communication, empathy, problem-solving, active listening, adaptability, and teamwork.
A College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree (BAC) is an asset.
