As a Counter Sales Agent you must be highly motivated, organized and have great time management skills, as well as a genuine desire to learn and develop yourself. Do you need to have done this exact job before? No! Electrical, HVAC, or Construction Industry knowledge would be a definite plus, and you MUST be comfortable in a more blue-collar environment.

Monday- Friday work week
Hours of work between 630am-4pm ( 8 hr shifts)

Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and on the phone/by email
Help identify specific or alternate solutions based on requirements
Entering sales orders and following up to make sure they get completed on time
Create and follow up on quotes.
Price negotiations. and invoicing
Qualifications
2+ years of counter sales or customer service experience required
Electrical experience would be a strong asset
Fluent in written/spoken English
Knowledge of AS400 would be an asset
Desire to learn and develop yourself
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail oriented
