I'm currently looking for an inquisitive, solution-oriented Financial Controller to act as the Finance Director's right-hand man, building with him the accounting processes and KPIs needed to support the organic and external growth projects of a Services/Technology company.

Responsibilities
As Financial Controller - Start-up - Tech, your responsibilities will include :
- Internalize the company's accounting department
- Design and implement efficient accounting and financial processes,.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts and strategic plans
- Build up activity monitoring and KPIs
- Support the CFO in external growth projects (prospect profitability analysis, acquisition due diligence, financing and integration)
- Supervise accounting team
Qualifications
For this role of Financial Controller - Start-up - Tech, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- CPA or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an audit firm or corporate experience as a controller
- Comfortable with financial modeling or advanced Excel
- Bilingual
- Experience in services -Tech is an asset
