YOUR ROLE A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TECHNICIAN :
As a Continuous Improvement Technician, you will play a key role in optimising our production processes. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be at the heart of initiatives to make our operations more efficient and effective. Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will analyse our current practices and implement innovative solutions using proven Lean tools.

Responsibilities
•Suggesting and implementing cost-cutting solutions.
•Attend improvement workshops in support of the Continuous Improvement Specialist.
•Preparing the documentation required for improvement workshops.
•Carrying out research and analysis prior to improvement workshops.
•Collecting data for improvement and cost reduction projects.
•Participating in the implementation of improvement solutions by collaborating and using various Lean tools.
•Identifying problems relating to the cell in which he/she is involved, analysing the problem and proposing appropriate solutions.
•Standardise the solutions implemented by sharing what you learn with other cells.
Qualifications
•You have a Lean yellow belt or 2+ years' experience in continuous improvement.
•You have a DEC in industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
•You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
•You know the Office suite (intermediate) and AutoCAD (basic).
•You are a clear, action-oriented communicator.
•You can work well in a team and think critically.
