You will take on stimulating challenges and have the opportunity to contribute to multi-residential and commercial construction projects. This role requires an autonomous, organized person and knowledge of building/carpentry.
Position: Construction project manager
Schedule: Flexible daytime schedule (depending on the construction sites)
Salary: $65,000 per year which can total $90,000 to $130,000 per year with commissions
Work location: Montreal

- Manage multiple construction sites, from submission to delivery
- Evaluate costs, prepare estimates and calculate price changes
- Negotiate with subcontractors and customers
- Manage project budgets
- Order materials
- Supervise labor on construction sites
-Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
The qualifications required for the position of residential and commercial renovation project manager in Montreal are as follows:
- Experience in the field of residential renovation construction
- Ideally someone with good knowledge of carpentry
- Excellent skills in communication, negotiation and organization of priorities
- Available long term for a position in Montreal
