Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and produce content for various Specialized Services business initiatives, e.g., sales campaigns, conferences, program, and technology launches.
• Act as the communications lead with project teams, providing strategic counsel and sound communications advice and regularly advising partners of communication strategy status.
• Work with communication colleagues across Wealth to identify efficiencies and build these into business-specific content for employee communications.
• Draft and edit a variety of content, including remarks and scripts for senior leaders, newsletters, business updates, PowerPoint presentations, and thought leadership.
• Oversight of BAU or regular communication vehicles, such as newsletters, where applicable.
• Contribute to executive communications development as required.
• Contribute to the development of standards for content: look & feel, tone, focus, audience relevance, etc.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
• Related communications experience
• MS Office Suite
• Management experience
• Experience writing, editing, proofing communications.
• Strong presentation skills.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience working with Senior Management and Executives
• Change management experience.
• Wealth experience
• Bilingual - French and English
• Mutual fund or asset management experience
