Responsibilities
Manage the collection process
Investigation of all outstanding invoices and deductions
Perform weekly analysis of payment arrangements
Resolve payment discrepancies
Ensure compliance with credit limits
Management of outstanding orders
Reconcile accounts and prepare shift requests, write-offs and credit memos
Prepare all documentation related to deductions
Qualifications
DEP/DEC in Accounting
1 - 2 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with an ERP Systems (an Asset)
Bilingual (an Asset)
