Responsibilities
•Gathering and maintaining events collections data from multiple sources like the commercial planning tool, pricing tool inputs & the merch portal
•Using Microsoft Excel to provide a cleaned up view of the items participating in the event. Must be proficient and have in depth knowledge of Excel functions, including but not limited to Pivot tables, vlookups, percentage calculations and more
•Creating the manual event shelves, pinning hero items to create a relevant and enticing shopping experience for our customers through understanding of merchandising fundamentals, cross-categorization of the assortment & the event category requirements & key focus areas
•Continuing to maintain the shelf in-event by working with the site merch lead on event trends like customer engagement on the site, search data & competitor analysis
•Reviewing event content score cards & providing a summary to stakeholders, highlighting key areas of opportunities across different departments & SBUs
•Research, document, and maintain best practices for digital and mobile across key experiences
•Collaborate with technology teams to apply automation to ensure site experiences that are personalized, data-driven, and optimized to generate long term customer loyalty
Qualifications
Skills and Knowledge
Practical, Technical and Professional Knowledge/Skills Subject Matter Expertise, Deep experience with web analytics and customer research
Problem Solving Develops comprehensive solutions, ability to work in an agile environment
Purpose of Communication Persuading, presenting data and site experiences
Qualifications:
University Degree or equivalent experience in lieu.
2+ years of experience required.
