Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as the Client Relationship Manager:
• Act as the primary point of contact with partner clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
•Collaborate with internal teams to develop and propose strategies and solutions to clients.
•Proactively monitor and update clients on market conditions and provide accurate forecasts.
•Collaborate with internal teams to track shipments and other activities on behalf of clients, providing timely updates and solutions.
•Develop and implement effective communication strategies to foster strong client relationships.
•Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly.
•Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to prevent and resolve issues.
•Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market changes in order to provide clients with strategic insights.
•Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to the management, outlining progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Qualifications

• Mid-Level or highly motivated entry-level applicant eager to learn and progress.
•Experience in the Agri/Food sector.
•Project management skills, including planning, organization, and execution of projects.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and trends.
•Advanced customer service skills to build and maintain client relationships, establishing reliability and trust.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
•Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
•Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, such as manufacturing operations, co-packers, and suppliers.
•Ability to work successfully with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
•Capable of delivering accurate results in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in teams.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
•Strong work ethic with a high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
•You are results-oriented, adaptive, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
•Post-secondary in Business Management and/or Project Management certification an asset.
