You’ll become part of the claims team, handling routine administrative tasks and client account management.

• Monday to Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week.
• Annual salary between $55K and $65K.

Responsibilities
•Administrative Tasks: Performing various office tasks such as managing mail, archiving, and organizing documents.
•Data Management: Entering and updating information in internal management systems.
•Work Order Management: Opening, tracking, and closing work orders according to established procedures.
•Repair Cost Estimations: Preparing quotes for repairs by assessing the associated costs.
•Warranty Claims: Preparing and submitting warranty claims to manufacturers, ensuring their compliance.
•Call Reception: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and directing requests to the appropriate departments.
•Warranty Claim Management: Processing warranty-related claims, ensuring efficient and timely handling.
Qualifications
• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
