Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Mississauga. This is a hybrid role 2 to 3 days onsite. First 2 months training will be onsite. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $22.00 / Hour
Working Hours: From 8 to 5 pm, flexibility required

Responsibilities
As a Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
●Reviewing credit documents for funding Small Business Deals.
●Coordinating with the Branch partners for funding documents
●Supporting partner relationships and is responsible for maintaining operational effectiveness to ensure business objectives, service level goals and LEI targets are met.
●Differentiating among functions, roles, structure, and operations of banks in the Canadian banking system for the purposes of career planning.
●Completing all work according to the professional regulation, provincial legislation and ethical standards required by the financial institution and its regulatory.
●Evaluating the business transactions and analyzing financial transactions to advise clients, partners about the business techniques, which is suitable to prospect and retain clients.
●Comparing, contrasting, and positively contributing to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each transaction
●Ensuring customer problems are handled appropriately by utilizing the established partner Problem resolution process both internally and externally and escalating when required.
Qualifications
●Knowledge of Banking, experience in banking
●MS Office knowledge
●Ability to read and review credit documents/statements
●Strong communications
●Experience working with SLA’s and tight deadlines
●Diploma at least
NICE TO HAVE:
●Bi-lingual if possible, to experience in banking
