This role will involve consulting, analyzing, and developing recommendations and presentations to enhance processes and tools for managing, monitoring, and reporting on the portfolio of Digital Strategy projects. The successful candidate will also focus on performance metrics, capacity management, and governance recommendations to ensure efficient prioritization and execution of digital initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Provide consultation, conduct option analyses, deliver recommendations and presentations on processes and tools to effectively manage, monitor, and report on the portfolio of Digital Strategy projects.
- Ensure alignment with the distinct responsibilities of the business, Enterprise Project Management Office, and Enterprise Architecture and Standards teams.
- Analyze current and future developer resource requirements to support Digital Strategy projects and ongoing operational (“run”) activities.
- Establish a structured approach for tracking and adjusting workplans based on evolving priorities.
- Consult with stakeholders to understand current practices and needs.
- Develop performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the value of digital investments.
- Design and implement tools and processes for tracking and reporting on digital projects’ outcomes.
- Set up governance processes to support the management and prioritization of developer workplans.
- Recommend workflows to build, maintain, and manage developer team workplans, accounting for organizational priorities and resource capacity.
Qualifications
Valid Government of Canada security clearance at the Secret level
Minimum 10 years of experience in business transformation and architecture roles.
Demonstrated experience in a Federal Government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
Expertise in portfolio management, performance metrics, and capacity management within large, complex organizations.
Proficiency in tools and methodologies for performance tracking, resource planning, and digital project reporting.
Familiarity with governance frameworks and best practices for managing enterprise-level projects.
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Post-secondary degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Engineering. A Master's degree or MBA is an asset.
