Responsibilities
· Processing scheduled and ad hoc requests related to Security set up, maintenance and pricing across multiple applications
· Adhering to CID Operations Management procedures and updating documents to capture process changes as required
· Respond to email inquiries or requests from internal clients on changes or questions regarding pricing and security set up.
· Develop and maintain productive relationships with designated clients, peers, and other business partners to enable ongoing discussion and communication around data integrity issues.
· Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of new policies, methodologies, and standards to improve the quality of the department and ensure compliance with established policies, standards, and methodologies (e.g., security and privacy policies)
· Assist in implementing process enhancements and in identifying and implementing process controls.
· Cross train in other positions to assist and provide support to other team members/area(s) of equal value in peak times or on a temporary basis to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
· Prioritize and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met and diarized items are processed according to policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Must haves:
1. 1+ years of BA experience (preferably within Banking Operations)
2. Strong MS Office (Excel and VBA Macros)
Nice to have:
1. Previous banking operations experience
2. Process automation
3. Trading or security in general
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills- both written and oral
Detail orientated
