Responsibilities
•Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in consultation with business partners to align to their objectives
•Test software features against acceptance criteria and document results
•Support user acceptance testing and end-user training
•Plan and document activities for key milestones and track progress against plan
•Support the development and reporting of performance metrics
•Other related activities and deliverables, as required
Qualifications
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
•University degree or college diploma in computer science or a related field
•A minimum of five (5) years of recent demonstrated work experience in business analysis or a related field
•Demonstrated experience in documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional)
•Demonstrated experience with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Additional Qualifications
The following will also be considered:
•Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
•Demonstrated experience with process improvement skills
•Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure Services and Dynamics 365 CRM
•Demonstrated communication and relationship management skills across multiple levels of partners
